Complete Audio/Video Transcription Tool
Transcription Tool is a complete audio and video transcription and dictation tool developed by RNH Dev. It supports extended voice recognition and recognizes punctuation marks and special characters. The program has full integration with the keyboard, allowing users to customize their experience. The playback can be paused, and the program stores position, text, and more. It also exports to plain text and is inspired by Express Scribe®.
The voice recognition engine is similar to Google's, but it expands to support punctuation and special characters. The program supports MP3, 3GPP, WAVE, Ogg, and MPEG-4 formats, and it's available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian. It recognizes a wide range of commands such as point, comma, new line, equals, full stop, semicolon, colon, arroba, asterisk, ampersand, open single quote/end single quote, open quote/close quote, open angle bracket/close angle bracket, open parenthesis/close parenthesis, question mark, exclamation point, forward slash, backslash, space bar, vertical bar, and more.
